BR6 engineering plastic bearing
BR6 material is a thermoplastic engineering plastic processed by twin-screw extruder with partially crystallized engineering plastic as the matrix, added with appropriate reinforcing agent and lubricant.
Due to the addition of reinforcing agent, the rigidity and high temperature mechanical properties of the products are greatly improved, while the linear expansion coefficient, molding shrinkage and creep properties are reduced, which improves the dimensional stability of the products, expands the use range of BR6 materials, and maintains the original wear resistance, fatigue resistance and drug resistance of basic engineering plastics.
