BR5 high strength brass based solid lubricant inlaid bearing
BR5 high strength brass based solid lubricant inlaid bearing is on the base of high strength brass. A high performance solid lubricating product embedded with graphite or MoS2 solid lubricant.
It breaks through the limitation of relying on oil film lubrication for general bearings. In the process of use, solid lubrication and shaft friction are made by friction heat to form excellent conditions for oil and powder co lubrication, which not only protect the shaft from wear, but also make the solid lubrication characteristics permanent. Its hardness is twice as high as that of ordinary copper sleeve, and its wear resistance is also twice as high.
