BR1S stainless steel corrosion-resistant bearing is a very effective corrosion-resistant material, which is made of stainless steel as the matrix, sintered corrosion-resistant alloy powder in the middle, and low friction material mainly made of polytetrafluoroethylene rolled on the surface. It has the characteristics of oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, seawater resistance and wear resistance. The PTFE material on the surface does not contain lead.
It is most suitable for use in food and beverage machinery, pumps and valves with moderate acid and alkali flow in chemical industry, pharmaceutical machinery, printing and dyeing machinery, chemical machinery, and corrosion resistant sliding parts in marine industry.
