BORAN Technology Innovates the future
Boran Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., established in December 2018, is a private investment limited liability company. With a registered capital of 10 million yuan, it mainly produces self-lubricating bearings, oil-free bushings, copper alloy graphite copper sleeves and raw materials used in the self-lubricating bearing industry. The company is located at No. 822, Taiji Avenue, Guangde Economic Development Zone, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, covering an area of about 63 mu, and the actual area is about 35000 square meters. One kilometer from the exit of Guangde East Expressway, the location is superior and the transportation is convenient.
BOLANG finishing production line was put into operation in 2013, and a finishing workshop was established. With strong process R&D capabilities, efficient flexible manufacturing capabilities and good customer collaboration capabilities, the finishing workshop has become the biggest driving force for the company to take off. By 2019, the product types have been developed to copper sleeve, copper plate, turbine and self-lubricating bearing.
The finishing workshop has 120 employees and more than 100 processing equipment, including 11 CNC machining centers (with a maximum stroke of 2 meters), 8 grinders, 10 drilling machines (including inclined bed drilling machines), 9 conventional lathes, 60 CNC machines, 1 vertical machine tool, and 2 laser marking machines.
